HealthPartners Research Foundation

Application Submission Directions Starting with the March 19, 2010 Submission Date

As we move to paperless application submissions, HealthPartners Research Foundation has implemented new submission procedures for the 2010 calendar year. As this process evolves, changes may occur throughout the year. Please check back to this website for changes before each submission.

Step 1

When you have completed the application and are ready for submission, please e-mail the application and all attachments to researchapp@HealthPartners.com on or before the application due date for submission. Please refer to the application checklist when attaching documents. Once submitted, no changes can be made to the application while in the review process.

Step 2

The Wednesday after application deadline, the administrative review team will review your submitted application. This review will determine if there are additional changes you need to make or provide additional missing information

Step 3

After administrative review, someone from the team will contact you about any changes or additional information needed. Please make sure that we have an e-mail address for someone who is familiar with the application being submitted. If the application is complete and no changes are needed you will be told how to submit the paper copies of your application.

Step 4

20 copies of the application plus the signed original are still required for submission. Do not make copies until you have been notified by someone from the administrative review team. This is so all required changes can be incorporated before sending. The final applications are to be sent to Kari Joy Garman at Regions Hospital MS #11503-H by the date instructed to you by someone from the administrative review team.

If you have any questions concerning this process, please contact Kari Joy Garman at 651-254-2928.
