Research Interests
Dr. Rindal's research interests focus on the impact of chronic illnesses on oral health and utilizing electronic health records to improve patient care and speed translation of new evidence into daily dental practice. He is responsible for the Minnesota region of The Dental Practice Based Research Network administered through the University of Alabama Birmingham. The network involves Minnesota dentists in research relevant to their patients and the problems they see.
