Research interests/expertise: Chronic disease etiology; cardiovascular and obesity-related disease; the role of the environment in chronic disease prevention, detection, treatment and outcomes; design and analysis of longitudinal studies; surveillance methods using electronic health records; multi-level modeling applications in health services research; comparative effectiveness.

 

Current projects: Pediatric Hypertension and Obesity, Etiology of Childhood Obesity Study (ECHO), Journey to Control Diabetes (IDEA), Cardiovascular Research Network, and Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD).
